My onboard footage from the second round of the 2014 Formula 100 / F100 Series FK2 Intermediate race at Apex Raceway! Even though I got there early, I missed all the practice sessions! My first session was qualifying, and I managed to place 3rd. The first heat gave me a second position finish, and the second heat I won! I began the main race in 1st position because of the second heat win, but my engine bogged down into turn 1 and racers in 2nd and 3rd passed me off the bat. However, I kept the momentum going and had a couple close calls with Patrick #28, and didn't want to t-bone him in my second race ever. I finished 3rd on the podium and was very happy.
